Due to continued growth, they are now recruiting an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and lead their day-to-day manufacturing and warehouse operations, ensuring optimal efficiency, safety, and sustainability across all levels of the supply chain.
This Operations Manager will require solid leadership, coordination, and process optimisation skills to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and delivery of long-term strategic growth. The successful candidate will have 2 – 5 direct reports including a Production Manager, Logistics and Warehouse management team.
