A leading company is seeking a Customer Operations Manager to oversee planning for a top grocery retailer account. This role involves managing forecasts, collaborating with sales teams, and ensuring high service standards. Ideal candidates will have FMCG experience and strong leadership skills.

As the Customer Operations Manager, you’ll be leading a team of planners, have ownership of one of our top 6 grocery retailer accounts, where you’ll be the point of contact for this customer in all Supply Chain/Demand Planning related matters.
This is a key role within our Supply Chain team, the primary function of this role is to manage the business forecast with a customer lens, focusing on and improving the accuracy of the 0-12 month forecast horizon. You’ll be required to make sure that all internal stakeholders are updated with timely information (Commercial, Demand Planning, Logistics, Customer Service). You will also be responsible for:
You’ve previous experience of working in a customer/demand planning environment within an FMCG organization. Used to motivating and managing a team, you’ve a desire for continuous improvements, can prioritise effectively and work under pressure.
