First Recruitment Services is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of education catering operations across West Sussex. You will manage a patch of 3-4 areas (potentially up to 7) and support Area Managers while driving operational performance and ensuring compliance with high service standards.

The role requires strong leadership, a catering background, multi-site management experience, and a full UK driving licence.

£25.00 per hour | Immediate Start | Temporary until End of Year

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of education catering operations across West Sussex.

Managing a patch of 3-4 areas (potentially up to 7), you'll support Area Managers, drive operational performance, ensure compliance, and build strong relationships with stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous Operations Manager experience
• A strong catering or contract catering background
• Multi-site management experience
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Full UK Driving Licence

Details:

• Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm
• 37.5 hours per week
• Travel across West Sussex sites with a mix of home and office working
• £25.00 per hour
• Full UK Driving Licence and own transport essential
