Kier Group in Essex (Stansted) is seeking an Operations Manager to join our Construction team, overseeing a portfolio of contracts valued up to £75m annually and responsible for delivering projects safely, on time and to high quality standards.
You will lead site teams across multiple live sites, manage finances and resources, and develop your people while maintaining strong client relationships.
We're looking for an Operations Manager to join our Construction team based in Essex (Stansted).
Location: Essex (Stansted), covering Suffolk, Essex, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire & Buckinghamshire
Hours: 37.5 per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

As an Operations Manager, you'll be working within the Eastern South business unit, supporting them in building projects that support and develop local communities. You'll manage operational resources including people, finances and physical assets to deliver a portfolio of contracts safely, on time and to the required quality.
