Kier Group plc. in the North region seeks an Operations Director for the Building Solutions team based in the Regional Office North (Sheffield base). You will lead delivery of high‑quality construction projects, manage P&L, and drive profitable growth across the region.
Reporting to the Regional Director, you will develop strategies with pre‑construction and delivery teams, build strong client relationships, and ensure safety, quality and on‑time performance.

The Kier Places Building Solutions business delivers circa £80m revenue nationally through its business hubs, with ambitious plans to double in size by 2028. Reporting to the Regional Director, this role will provide leadership and management across the Northern part of the country, working towards developing and delivering a profitable target revenue of £40m+. You'll be accountable for P&L business operations, implementation of the business plan, and leading the team to profitably grow market share within the region whilst ensuring safe, on-time delivery.
