Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Crick, United Kingdom, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead a fast‑paced ecommerce operation. You’ll drive KPI delivery, service levels, safety, and productivity, while shaping operational strategy and developing future leaders.

You will manage a Mon–Fri rotating shift (07:00–15:00; 10:00–18:00; 15:00–23:00), oversee large teams, coach managers, and champion continuous improvement. The role offers a competitive salary and extensive benefits package.

• Proven experience leading large teams within a fast-moving logistics, warehouse, retail, or ecommerce operation.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop others.
• Excellent customer focus, commercial awareness, and experience managing operational performance against demanding targets.
• A track record of delivering change, improving processes, and challenging the status quo to achieve better outcomes.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organisational skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.

Here, at GXO, we're looking for a Warehouse Operations Manager to join our eCommerce operation in Crick. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a key area of our operation, ensuring customer expectations, service levels, safety standards, and productivity targets are consistently achieved. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping operational strategy, developing future leaders, and fostering a culture of excellence, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

This is a full time, permanent position working Mon - Fri on a rotating shift pattern of 07:00 to 15:00; 10:00 to 18:00 and 15:00 to 23:00

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £55,000.00 per annum, and 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
