Equans Barnet General Hospital is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the site engineering, fabric and grounds teams on a permanent basis. The role oversees day-to-day operations, staff performance, and subcontractor coordination to ensure high service standards in line with contract requirements.
The post requires strong leadership across facilities management, with experience in KPI/SLA management, budget oversight, and continuous improvement.
Equans is looking for an Operations Manager to join our team at Barnet General Hospital (BGH) on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, bonus and benefits package.
The role holder will be responsible for the Operational service performance of the site engineering, Fabric and Grounds team, ensuring the high level of service delivery required by the business and in accordance with the contract specification (PA) and all company procedures.
They will coordinate the site Operational teams, operational staff and subcontractors to deliver service in accordance with company procedures and ensure that activities comply with company and client protocols.
