Equans is looking for a Senior Technical Services Manager to join our team at Royal Blackburn Teaching Hospital on a permanent basis. This is a full‑time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.
The postholder will act as the technical lead for hard FM services, driving operational excellence, asset reliability, compliance, workforce development, and continuous improvement.
The Senior Technical Services Manager is responsible for the safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of all engineering and technical services across a large acute healthcare PFI estate. The role provides operational leadership to multidisciplinary engineering teams and specialist contractors, ensuring all statutory, contractual, and healthcare‑specific requirements are met whilst maintaining a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
RBTH is large scale acute PFI hospital - experience of direct management of engineering staff is essential.
