Equans is seeking an Area Facilities Manager in North London for a permanent, full-time role (40 hours/week). You will lead a region, managing Hard and Soft Services, and line-manage two supervisors, while ensuring SHEQ compliance and client KPIs within the contract framework.
You will drive service improvements, manage M&E subcontractors, and support financial performance of the contract. Equans values proactive leadership and a strong customer focus.
Equans is looking for an Area Facilities Manager to join the team in North London on a permanent basis. This is a full-time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary, company vehicle or allowance, bonus and benefits package.
Reporting into the Regional Manager the post holder will manage the efficient delivery of both Hard and Soft Service to meet Contractual and Company requirements. They will proactively engage with the client to provide a one-point contact for all service delivery ensuring internal and Client KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are met while operating within the framework of the contract.
The Area Facilities Manager will manage their region as well as line manage 2 supervisors. They will act as a point of contact for the delivery of non-complex project. Ensure the effective implementation of EQUANS and business stream Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (SHEQ) Policies and Procedures, including ISO9001 standards.
We are looking for someone with a ‘can do’ attitude, who is proactive, organised and has great experience people management. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of managing a team within the FM sector, ideally both hard and soft FM.
