What You'll Do

• Leading and inspiring a high-performing contact centre team to smash targets and deliver stand-out service.
• Driving smart strategies, process improvements, and performance using data and fan feedback.
• Working cross-functionally to resolve issues, roll out training, and create consistently great experiences.
• Spotting trends, solving problems, and always looking for new ways to do things better.
  
  

What You Bring

• Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence and change management.
• A people-first mindset with strong leadership, coaching, and collaboration skills.
• Sharp analytical thinking and a cool, calm approach to problem-solving.
• A passion for innovation, customer service, and making things run like clockwork.
• Knowledge of contact centre technologies and software, such as CRM systems and call centre software.

Where: This role is based in our Birmingham office near Birmingham International Airport and the NEC. You will work 5 days out of 7, including weekend work.
