I’m looking for a caring, people-first operations leader who’s as passionate about dogs as they are about developing teams.

We’re hiring an Operations Manager for a licensed dog daycare business that’s growing fast, with new sites opening soon. You will be based from Reading or Farnborough and ideally living somewhere between the two ie Basingstoke.

This isn’t just about hitting KPIs. It’s about leading with kindness and care—coaching a small handful of hands on managers to get the best from their teams who are deeply animal-focused and helping them grow into confident, high-performing customer care professionals.

You’ll have managed remote sites before, in a regulated environment with high standards of care.

You bring structure, clarity, and empathy—and you know how to build a culture where people feel valued and supported.

Salary circa 50k basic with bonuses equating to a 75k package + car allowance
