Job summary

Sixty Eight People Ltd. in London is seeking a results‑driven Operations Manager to lead a premium hospitality portfolio. You will drive performance across sites, balance great people, high standards and strong commercial results, building on the foundations already established.

This role is hands‑on and collaborative, with oversight of GM recruitment and development, and close partnership with senior leadership to shape momentum and growth for the next phase.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of commercial results and ROI across a portfolio of premium sites, making sure each one is performing to its full potential.
• Coach and challenge experienced GMs, setting clear expectations while giving them the support and trust to do their jobs well.
• Create a stable, positive region where people feel supported, standards are high and teams want to do their best.
• Oversee GM recruitment and development where needed, making sure the right people are in the right roles.
• Work closely with recently invested sites to build momentum and maximise the opportunity.
• Help shape the region for its next stage of growth, working closely with senior leadership on plans, targets and performance.

Who we’re looking for...

Someone who knows central London hospitality inside out, ideally from premium pubs or premium casual dining.

You’ll be commercially sharp and confident holding people to account, but you’ll know that getting the best out of a team takes more than just hitting targets. You lead with warmth, build trust and create an environment where people can perform.

You’ll be collaborative, hands‑on and comfortable working in a creative, ambitious business. Someone who brings a different perspective or a skill set that complements the existing team would be a real bonus.
