Job summary

PerfectTed is seeking a detail-driven Management Accountant (Operations) to partner with Operations and Supply-Chain teams, building COGS and landed cost reporting, and driving margins insights. The role supports month-end close, BOM discipline, and inventory reconciliation, influencing strategic decisions from day one.

You will craft standard costs, monitor gross margins by product and channel, and work on ERP and reporting system improvements as the business scales.

Qualifications

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent).
• 4–6 years of accounting experience in consumer goods or an inventory-based environment.
• Familiar with bill-of-material, manufacturing accounting and international shipping.
• Strong Excel skills and experience with a broad range of accounting tools.
• Comfortable working with large datasets, using Power Query, Excel automation and AI tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Operations and Supply teams to drive value and insight.
• Create COGS analysis and cost variance reporting by SKU and channel.
• Design and maintain a landed cost methodology and standard costs.
• Build a reliable monthly inventory reconciliation process tied to the GL.
• Maintain bill of materials discipline and align standard costs with production.
• Verify supplier invoice costs against landed cost.
• Develop gross margin reporting by product and channel.
