Job summary

Luxe Recruitment is assisting an established manufacturing business in Ware to recruit an experienced Management Accountant. You will prepare monthly management accounts, report financial performance, and support budgeting and decision making.

The role requires at least 5 years of management accounting experience in manufacturing, strong knowledge of stock, BOMs, margin analysis, and proficiency with D365 ERP and Excel. UK entity responsibilities include month-end close, reporting and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' management accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of stock, BOMs and margin analysis.
• Proven ability to prepare monthly management accounts and provide financial analyses.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly P&L and Balance Sheets for UK entity with budget vs actuals.
• Perform month-end procedures including ledgers and reconciliations.
• Produce cash flow reports and VAT returns; support audit processes.
