Job summary

Homes for Students Ltd in London is seeking an Assistant General Manager for Grosvenor House Property. The role is full-time (40 hours) with hours from 9:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday, coordinating sales, maintenance and housekeeping while leading a dedicated team.

You will support the General Manager during the busy September period, overseeing check-in/check-out and room turnaround, and helping new students. You will be backed by regional teams and have opportunities to grow professionally.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in team management within a similar role or environment.
• Proficiency in presenting and analysing information accurately and effectively.
• Excellent organisational skills to ensure seamless operations.
• Ability to work collaboratively, inspire, and motivate team members.
• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations is desirable but not essential.
