Homes for Students Ltd on The Quarter House Property in Bristol is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead on-site teams across sales, maintenance and housekeeping, delivering excellent customer service and upholding our values.

You will support peak September activity, assist the General Manager, and work with regional teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences for students moving in and out.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in team management within a similar role or environment.
• Proficiency in presenting and analysing information accurately and effectively.
• Excellent organisational skills to ensure seamless operations.
• Ability to work collaboratively, inspire, and motivate team members.
• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the on-site team across sales, maintenance, and housekeeping.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold company values.
• Support check-in, check-out, and room turnaround during September.
