Responsibilities

• Provide line management and day-to-day support to on-site teams.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Oversee check-ins/check-outs, maintenance, and room turnover processes.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and high presentation standards.
• Coordinate with universities and partners to strengthen collaboration.
• Produce regular management reports and monitor budgets and KPIs.
