Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience leading operations across large-scale campuses or premium facilities.
• Proven track record scaling complex operations quickly with quality.
• Strong commercial acumen: optimise resources and budgets without compromising quality.
• Hospitality-first mindset with experience in premium services.
• Strategic and analytical thinking turning vision into execution.
• Proven leadership of large, cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: develop and execute campus strategy aligned to client goals.
• Create robust operating procedures for consistency and efficiency.
• Identify and mitigate operational, EHS, and commercial risks.
• Drive hospitality culture across campus touchpoints and improve user experience.
• Define KPIs/SLAs and provide transparent, actionable reporting.
• Lead continuous improvement to sharpen services and campus satisfaction.
• Manage budgets and allocate resources to meet peak demand.
• Oversee supplier relationships and ensure performance and value.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team and cross-functional collaboration.
