Job summary

ROVA Health is seeking a Client Operations Manager to design and deliver world-class fitness & wellbeing programmes across four central London locations. You will lead operational strategy, governance, and risk management while championing hospitality-led service and continuous improvement.

You will build an empowered, cross-functional team, manage budgets, cadence with senior stakeholders, and scale premium campus experiences to meet client goals and performance targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience leading Fitness & Wellbeing operations across large-scale campuses or premium facilities.
• Proven track record of scaling complex fitness operations quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Strong commercial acumen: optimise resources and budgets without compromising quality.
• Hospitality-first mindset with experience in premium hospitality or corporate client experience.
• Strategic and analytical thinking; translate vision into executable operational roadmap with data.
• Proven leadership of large, cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
• Calm under pressure; adapt quickly and build trust in changing priorities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to eliminating mediocrity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the campus’s operational strategy for fitness & wellbeing, aligned to regional goals and client priorities.
• Build and govern robust operating procedures driving consistency, efficiency, and cross-functional alignment.
• Proactively identify, monitor, and mitigate operational and commercial risk across the campus.
• Drive a people-led, hospitality-first culture across all campus touchpoints.
• Define and elevate KPIs and SLAs with transparent reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Lead continuous improvement to sharpen efficiency, develop services, and lift campus user satisfaction.
• Own the campus’s operational budgets, driving cost discipline without compromising quality.
• Allocate resources to meet peak demand and manage key supplier relationships.
• Lead a multidisciplinary team across 4 central London locations and act as primary operational contact.
