Job summary

Stewart's Scotland is seeking an experienced Operations Manager in Perth, Scotland, to head the warehouse and supply operations. The role includes ensuring stock accuracy, timely despatch, and coordinating purchasing and materials planning within a small team.

You will drive simple, effective processes, maintain high standards, and contribute to continuous improvement in a family-owned business with paid overtime during peaks and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience running day-to-day operations across warehouse, stock control and despatch in an SME.
• Strong stock accuracy focus with practical process discipline.
• Proven leadership skills and ability to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day warehouse and supply operations to ensure stock accuracy and on-time customer orders.
• Manage purchasing, packaging and materials planning; establish simple processes to reduce discrepancies.
• Supervise a small warehouse team, set priorities, maintain safety and organisation.
