• At least four years leading multi-site operational teams.
• Level-6 degree in administration, business, engineering, or a related field.
• NEBOSH General Certificate desirable.
• Strong B2C experience in a customer complaint or service-led environment.
• Experience in budget and cost control, and driving operational change.
• Experience in an installation, field service, or operations environment.

Responsibilities
