Job summary

Failte Solar is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and co-ordinate our UK operations across Redditch, Reading and Glasgow, reporting to the General Manager. You will drive operational excellence, inventory availability, logistics performance and cross-functional collaboration to support our expanding customer base.

Key responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, ensuring safety and quality, and developing KPIs to monitor performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Operations.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 regulations.
• Experience with ISO27001 and ISO14001 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple UK locations ensuring safety, quality, service, and delivery objectives.
• Drive performance through KPIs, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Plan resources and workforce according to business needs and seasonality.
• Foster accountability and development through coaching and mentoring.
• Collaborate with departments to align operations with business goals.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
