Job summary

Aspirations Care Limited seeks an experienced Operations Manager – Complex Services to lead five specialist services across Cheshire West and Liverpool. You will support and manage operational teams, ensuring safe, high-quality, person-centred care for individuals with learning disabilities and autism, often with complex needs.

You will report to the Registered Area Manager and collaborate with managers, clinical staff and external partners to deliver outcomes and drive improvements while

Qualifications

• Experience in operational or senior management within health or social care.
• Experience in Supported Living settings.
• Experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities or autism with complex needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong leadership and operational support across five complex services.
• Develop and guide operational teams to deliver person-centred care.
• Ensure services meet safety, regulatory and quality standards.
• Collaborate with Registered Managers, healthcare professionals and external stakeholders.
• Manage safeguarding, risk and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead on-call management and respond to operational challenges.
