Job summary

Aspirations Care Limited is seeking a Cluster Team Manager to lead a group of support workers across several services in Stoke-on-Trent. You will drive high-quality care, coach staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while building a culture of continuous improvement.

The role requires a Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification (or equivalent), a valid driver’s licence, and experience working with individuals with complex needs.

Qualifications

• Level 3 Health & Social Care qualification or equivalent is required.
• Experience in supporting individuals with complex needs, including autism, learning disabilities and mental health conditions.
• Proven ability to lead teams, develop staff and drive service improvements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple services and support teams to deliver high-quality care.
• Coach staff, review care plans and liaise with families and professionals.
