EMR Group in the United Kingdom is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a depot’s safe, efficient and compliant production and logistics operations. You will drive continuous improvement, develop your workforce and ensure targets are met.

Reporting to the General Manager, you will foster a culture of collaboration, lean practices and customer focus while delivering value, reducing waste and maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Strong track record of achievement in Operational Management.
• Motivated and driven to achieve increased efficiencies, reduced costs, and improved outcomes.
• Experience managing a dynamic team with collaborative leadership.

Responsibilities

• Leading and developing your workforce through adaptive management and leading by example.
• Encouraging collaboration across the team through open voice channels.
• Ensuring safety and inspiring a culture of Safe, Health & Environment (SHE).
• Implements lean management and continuous improvement to reduce waste and boost productivity.
