Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking an experienced Assistant General Manager – Operations for our Wyton site. You will oversee daily operations, including inspection, quality control, imagery, valet, arrivals and despatch, ensuring vehicles move efficiently while upholding quality and customer service.

Role requires a proven leadership track record in automotive/refurbishment, production or logistics. You will lead high-performing teams and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience overseeing large teams in automotive, production, or logistics.
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and customer SLAs.
• Strong planning, budgeting and headcount management skills.
