Megagen Implants seeks an Operations Manager to oversee daily office and back-office operations, delivering system implementations (Sana, Dynamics 365 BC, Shopify) and standardising processes. You will lead process mapping, stock control, and customer service KPIs, partnering with the Operations Director to embed a measurable service culture.

You will manage vendor relationships, drive training, and ensure compliance while maintaining strong cross-team communication with sales and warehouse.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Sana e-commerce platform implementation with vendors and internal teams.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing; document test scripts and track issues to resolution.
• Ensure Sana and Dynamics 365 BC work together across orders, pricing, stock and customer data.
• Drive adoption and training across the team once live.
• Map and standardise core operational processes with SOPs.
• Oversee order fulfilment, packing, dispatch and returns with fast turnaround.
• Manage stock levels, cycle counts and expiry data for traceability.
• Define and own customer-service KPIs; build dashboards and review metrics with leadership.
• Lead the operations team with coaching, workload planning and development.
• Ensure compliance with medical-device, health-and-safety and data-protection requirements.
