Job summary

The Kent Autistic Trust is seeking a Cluster Manager to lead two registered services within the Ashford catchment area. You will work closely with the Head of Operations to drive quality, regulatory compliance, safeguarding and continuous improvement across the cluster.

This is not a desk-based role; you will be visible in services, support staff, and foster strong partnerships with families and professionals while modelling the Trust's values across two sites in Ashford.

Qualifications

• Experienced social care leader with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Knowledge of safeguarding, CQC requirements and social care legislation.
• Experience of managing services within health or social care.

Responsibilities

• Lead two Registered Services to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred support
• Create a positive, accountable and inclusive culture where staff feel valued
• Support, mentor and develop Assistant Managers and leadership talent
• Drive continuous quality improvement and service excellence
• Maintain CQC compliance and inspection readiness
• Lead safeguarding, risk management and incident response
• Ensure effective workforce planning, rota management and staffing stability
• Manage service budgets and operational performance
• Build strong relationships with families, professionals and stakeholders
• Champion the Trust's values and strategic objectives
