Job summary

Kent and Medway NHS and Social Care Partnership Trust is seeking an Operational Team Leader to provide core leadership and clinical and management support for their team. The post holder will lead a team within the operating unit, ensure welfare, support personal development and review performance and progress.

You will coordinate Personal and Development Reviews, work with operational leaders and clinical mentors to ensure a consistent approach, and manage sickness, absence and welfare issues

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of staff within the operating unit, ensuring their development and clinical competence.
• Oversee welfare, sickness and absence management and staff welfare issues.
• Coordinate Personal and Development Reviews within the team and collaborate with clinical mentors for consistency.
