Job summary

Rainbow Trust Children’s Charity is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to take operational ownership of IT infrastructure, facilities, fleet and contracts across the organisation. Based in Leatherhead, you will manage the MSP relationship, lead on security and compliance, negotiate supplier contracts and drive improvements in processes while line-managing the Fleet Administrator.

The role reports to the Director of Finance and Operations and offers a salary up to £43,000 with excellent

Qualifications

• Experience negotiating and managing IT service contracts and budgets.
• Qualification in cyber security or IT, with Microsoft administration and MSP management experience.

Responsibilities

• Take operational ownership of IT infrastructure, MSP relationship management, facilities, fleet, and contracts across the organisation.
• Lead day-to-day operational infrastructure, including IT infrastructure and security, and ensure compliance.
• Oversee MSP service delivery, SLAs, security posture and compliance across systems.
• Manage office facilities, leases and contracts, and lead on supplier negotiations and budget.
• Line manage the Fleet Administrator and oversee a fleet of ~80 leased vehicles.
• Drive process improvements and support decision-making within established policies.
