Job summary

Rainbow Trust Children's Charity seeks an experienced Operations Manager to own IT infrastructure and MSP relationships, and to manage facilities, fleet and contracts across the organisation. Reporting to the Director of Finance and Operations, you will lead on day-to-day operational infrastructure and security while ensuring service delivery and compliance across nine regional sites.

Qualifications

• Experience negotiating and managing contracts, including managed IT service contracts and budgets.
• Qualification in cyber security or IT and experience of Microsoft administration, cyber security and MSP management.
• Experience overseeing IT infrastructure, security, and MSP relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Own IT infrastructure and security across the organisation.
• Oversee MSP performance, SLAs, and service delivery.
• Manage office facilities, leases, and supplier contracts.
• Lead Fleet operations for 80 leased vehicles.
• Line manage Fleet Administrator and drive operational efficiency.
