Job summary

Neon Search Ltd is seeking an Operations Manager to own and coordinate the end-to-end operational cycle—from client orders and purchasing through invoicing, payments, logistics, delivery and returns. You’ll partner with the Founder to bring order to complexity in a fast-moving environment, ensuring accurate records and proactive problem solving.

Qualifications

• Exceptional organisational and ownership focus required.
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with financial data.
• Experience with Xero or similar accounting platforms.
• Experience managing invoices, payments and reconciliations.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Strong commercial awareness and impact of operations on the business.

Responsibilities

• Manage client invoicing, payments, reconciliations and financial administration.
• Support day-to-day bookkeeping and maintain records through Xero.
• Oversee orders from confirmation through to final delivery.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipping, customs and returns.
• Work closely with suppliers, partners and logistics providers.
• Maintain visibility across active orders, payments, returns and priorities.
• Identify delays, gaps and inefficiencies before they become issues.
• Improve processes and accountability as the business grows.
• Act as a central point of coordination across the wider team.
