Agricultural Recruitment Specialists are seeking an Office Operations Manager for a busy soft fruit and fresh produce operation near Errol, Perthshire. The role focuses on coordinating administration, production, packhouse activities and logistics to support senior farm management.

The ideal candidate will have office management or operations coordination experience, strong IT and Excel skills, and the ability to maintain accurate records while adapting to seasonal demands.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in office management or operations coordination.
• Strong IT skills with proficient use of Excel and records management.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
• Right to work in the UK. NVQ Level 2 or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the farm office and ensure administrative processes run efficiently.
• Coordinate communication between senior management, farm teams, packhouse management and other departments.
• Support the planning of harvesting, production, packing, dispatch and deliveries.
• Maintain accurate records, reports and operational documentation.
• Assist senior management with reporting and monitoring outstanding actions.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to keep information moving.
• Identify ways to improve office procedures and operational efficiency.
• Provide support across the business during busy seasonal periods.
