Agricultural Recruitment Specialists Ltd in Perthshire near Errol is seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager for a busy soft fruit farming operation. You will coordinate office administration, production support, packhouse activities and logistics, acting as the link between office and on-site teams.

The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail and excellent IT, especially Excel.

Qualifications

• Experience in office management or operations coordination in a busy environment.
• Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong IT skills, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Able to communicate with senior management, suppliers and external contacts.
• Legal right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the farm office and ensuring administrative processes run efficiently.
• Coordinating communication between senior management, farm teams, packhouse management and other departments.
• Supporting the planning of harvesting, production, packing, dispatch and deliveries.
• Maintaining accurate records, reports, spreadsheets and operational documentation.
• Assisting senior management with reporting, planning and monitoring outstanding actions.
• Liaising with suppliers, external contacts and internal teams to keep information moving.
• Identifying ways to improve office procedures, communication and operational efficiency.
• Providing additional support across the business during busy seasonal periods.
