Job summary

DarcyBrook Procurement & Supply Chain seeks an Operations Leader for a six-month fixed-term contract. You must be immediately available. You will oversee daily global fulfillment, ensure orders are processed and shipped on time, and drive improvements across Sales, Finance, and Procurement.

You will manage complex exceptions, coordinate stock positioning, and optimize workflows using Salesforce dashboards, with a focus on cost-efficient operations and timely customer fulfillment.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in a logistics, supply chain or operations role.
• Experience in medium or high volume manufacture with a high cost of goods.
• Daily order processing experience in a CRM or ERP system (Salesforce).
• Experience guiding and motivating colleagues, formally or informally.
• Computer literacy with Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily global fulfillment operations for fast and efficient order processing.
• Process orders in Salesforce using custom reports and dashboards to optimize workflows.
• Own complex fulfillment exceptions and drive them to resolution.
• Coordinate with logistics leadership to position regional stock ahead of monthly fulfillment.
• Represent Operations in monthly Sales/Ops alignment meetings with Finance.
• Collaborate with Sales Coordination to ensure training reflects fulfillment processes.
• Track software and license assets and align inventory with live demand forecasts.
• Analyze production forecasts and highlight sales-driven demand spikes to Supply Chain and Procurement.
• Coordinate customer accessory deliveries with the Supply Chain team.
• Fulfill automated customer licenses and contribute to NPI and process improvements.

The successful applicant will be responsible for keeping product and services fulfilment running efficiently, so customer orders are processed and shipped on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily global fulfillment operations for fast and efficient order processing.
• Process orders in Salesforce, leveraging custom reports and dashboards to optimize workflows.
• Take ownership of complex fulfillment exceptions and drive them to resolution.
• Coordinate with logistics leadership to position regional stock ahead of monthly fulfillment.
• Represent Operations in monthly Sales/Ops alignment meetings with Finance
• Partner with Sales Coordination to ensure sales training reflects current fulfillment processes.
• Track software and license assets, collaborating with Procurement to align inventory with live demand forecasts.
• Analyse production forecasts and highlight sales-driven demand spikes to Supply Chain and Procurement.
• Coordinate customer accessory deliveries with the Supply Chain team.
