DarcyBrook Procurement & Supply Chain is looking to recruit an Operations Leader on a six month fixed term contract. You must be immediately available to be considered for this role.

The successful applicant will be responsible for keeping product and services fulfilment running efficiently, so customer orders are processed and shipped on time. Lead daily global fulfilment operations, manage Salesforce workflows, and drive complex exceptions to resolution.

Formación

• Three years' experience in a logistics, supply chain or operations role.
• Experience with medium or high volume manufacture with a high cost of goods.
• Day-to-day order processing experience in Salesforce or similar CRM/ERP.
• Experience guiding and motivating colleagues, formally or informally.
• Competent in Excel and data analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily global fulfilment operations for order processing.
• Process orders in Salesforce using custom reports and dashboards to optimise workflows.
• Own complex fulfilment exceptions and drive to resolution.
• Coordinate with logistics leadership to position regional stock ahead of monthly fulfilment.
• Represent Operations in monthly Sales/Ops alignment meetings with Finance.
• Partner with Sales Coordination to ensure training reflects current fulfilment processes.
• Track software and license assets, align inventory with live demand forecasts.
• Analyse production forecasts and highlight sales-driven demand spikes to Supply Chain and Procurement.
• Coordinate customer accessory deliveries with the Supply Chain team.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily global fulfilment operations for fast and efficient order processing.
• Process orders in Salesforce, leveraging custom reports and dashboards to optimise workflows.
• Take ownership of complex fulfilment exceptions and drive them to resolution.
• Coordinate with logistics leadership to position regional stock ahead of monthly fulfilment.
• Represent Operations in monthly Sales/Ops alignment meetings with Finance
• Partner with Sales Coordination to ensure sales training reflects current fulfilment processes.
• Track software and license assets, collaborating with Procurement to align inventory with live demand forecasts.
• Analyse production forecasts and highlight sales-driven demand spikes to Supply Chain and Procurement.
• Coordinate customer accessory deliveries with the Supply Chain team.
• Fulfil automated customer licenses and collaborate on New Product Introduction (NPI) and process improvements.

Experience and knowledge

• At least three years' experience in a logistics, supply chain or operations role
• Experience of medium or high volume manufacture with a high cost of goods
• Day-to-day order processing experience in a CRM or ERP system (Salesforce)
• Experience guiding and motivating colleagues, formally or informally
• Computer literacy: competent in Excel
