With exciting plans ahead—including new product launches and international expansion—they are now looking for an exceptional Operations Lead to help propel the business into its next stage of growth.

Joining an established operations team with strong foundations, and reporting to the Ops Director, you will own supply chain, customer operations, product launches, customer experience, and business operations.

What you'll be doing:

Supply Chain & Fulfilment

• Manage end-to-end supply chain across suppliers, manufacturers, and 3PL
• Build scalable systems, processes, and reporting to support growth in the UK and internationally

Product Launch Operations

• Collaborate with product development to ensure operational readiness for product launches, including supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, and gross margin analysis

Gross Margin & Strategic Cost Control

• Negotiate business contracts, ensuring favorable commercial terms and service levels
• Lead commercial and supply-side cost and credit reviews
• Drive continuous improvement and optimization projects, such as supplier sourcing

Customer Experience

• Manage a Customer Experience Manager to ensure the continuation of an already best-in-class customer service function, always seeking ways to improve the customer experience

What we are looking for:

A strong operator — 4-6 years of experience in supply chain, 3PLs, and fulfilment operations within a fast-growing consumer or eCommerce brand

Commercial and strategic — confident in using data models to stress-test ideas, with a track record of delivering gross margin gains and understanding unit economics essential for profitability

A builder — motivated by creating structure, improving processes, and scaling a business effectively

A true right hand — comfortable working directly with senior leaders, managing upwards, and owning critical business functions
