Operations Lead-Consumer Health Brand

London

We are exclusively partnered with a modern consumer health brand on a mission to empower people to live with greater confidence. Backed by top-tier investors, they are recognised as one of the UK’s fastest-growing brands. With exciting plans ahead—including new product launches and international expansion—they are now looking for an exceptional Operations Lead to help propel the business into its next stage of growth.

Joining an already established operations team with strong foundations in place, and reporting into the Ops Director, you will own supply chain, customer operations, product launches, customer experience, and business operations.

What you'll be doing:-

Supply Chain & Fulfilment

• Manage end-to-end supply chain across suppliers, manufacturers, and 3PL
• Build scalable systems, processes, and reporting that will support growth in the UK and internationally.

Product Launch Operations

• Collaborate with product development to ensure operational readiness for product launches, including supplier sourcing, contract negotiation, gross margin analysis.

Gross Margin & Strategic Cost Control

• Negotiate business contracts, ensuring great commercial terms and service levels
• Lead commercial and supply-side cost and credit reviews
• Drive continuous improvement and optimisation projects, such as supplier sourcing.

Customer Experience

• Manage a Customer Experience Manager to ensure the continuation of an already best-in-class customer service function, always seeking ways to improve and enhance customer satisfaction.

A strong operator — you have 4-6 years’ experience in supply chain, 3PLs, fulfilment operations in a fast-growing consumer or eCommerce brand.

Commercial and strategic — you’re confident using data models to stress-test your ideas. You’ve delivered gross margin gains, and understand the unit economics required to make a profitable business.

A builder — you’re motivated by creating structure, improving processes, and helping a business scale well.
