With exciting plans ahead—including new product launches and international expansion—they are now looking for an exceptional Operations Lead to help propel the business into its next stage of growth.
Joining an already established operations team with strong foundations in place, and reporting into the Ops Director, you will own supply chain, customer operations, product launches, customer experience, and business operations.

What we are looking for:-
A strong operator — you have 4-6 years’ experience in supply chain, 3PLs, fulfilment operations in a fast-growing consumer or eCommerce brand.
Commercial and strategic — you’re confident using data models to stress-test your ideas. You’ve delivered gross margin gains, and understand the unit economics required to make a profitable business.
A builder — you’re motivated by creating structure, improving processes, and helping a business scale well.
A true right hand — you’re comfortable working directly with senior leaders, managing upwards, and being a trusted owner of critical business functions.
