Joining an already established operations team with strong foundations in place, and reporting into the Ops Director, you will own supply chain, customer operations, product launches, customer experience, and business operations.

What we are looking for:
A strong operator — you have 4-6 years’ experience in supply chain, 3PLs, and fulfilment operations within a fast-growing consumer or eCommerce brand.
Commercial and strategic — you are confident using data models to stress-test ideas, have delivered gross margin gains, and understand the unit economics required to make a business profitable.
A builder — you are motivated by creating structure, improving processes, and helping a business scale effectively.
A true right hand — you are comfortable working directly with senior leaders, managing upwards, and being a trusted owner of critical business functions.
