Job summary

Urban Digital Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Operations Manager to lead post-acquisition integrations for an AI-powered PropTech start-up. You’ll own end-to-end integration across acquired businesses, embedding on-site across the UK with extensive travel and a London presence one day per week.

Bring hands-on mobilisation experience—multi-site ops, post-acquisition integration, or PE/VC portfolio operations—to build repeatable processes and AI-enabled workflows that scale with the acquisition

Qualifications

• HANDS-ON mobilisation or integration experience across multiple business units or sectors.
• Experience in post-acquisition integration, multi-site operations, or PE/VC portfolio operations.
• Ability to drive change across people, processes and technology.

Responsibilities

• Own newly acquired businesses from deal completion through full integration on-site across the UK.
• Evaluate processes, systems, suppliers and people to ensure smooth transitions.
• Roll out AI-enabled improvements to reduce manual workload.
• Be the trusted on-site face during change and help build a repeatable integration playbook.
