Paretofm is seeking an organised Operations Helpdesk Coordinator in Nottingham, a hybrid role within Facilities Management. You will log, allocate and track reactive and planned maintenance across client sites, coordinate with engineers, contractors and suppliers, and ensure all documentation is complete.

Operations Helpdesk Coordinator
Location: Nottingham / Hybrid
Hours: 40 hours per week, typically 8:00am–5:00pm with flexibility
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Operations Helpdesk Coordinator to join our Facilities Management team in Nottingham.
Sitting at the heart of our day-to-day operations, you'll help coordinate planned and reactive maintenance across our client sites, working closely with engineers, contractors, suppliers and the wider Facilities team.
You'll be responsible for making sure jobs are logged correctly, allocated to the right people, progressed within agreed timescales and closed with all the required documentation in place.
It’s a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys being busy, keeping things organised and making sure nothing gets missed.
Previous Facilities Management experience would be useful, but we're also interested in people with strong helpdesk, administration or service coordination experience who are keen to develop within FM.
We’re looking for someone who is naturally organised, comfortable managing several priorities at once and confident communicating with different people throughout the working day.

You’ll play an important role in keeping our maintenance operation running smoothly.
That means making sure reactive jobs aren’t left sitting unresolved, planned maintenance is booked on time, engineers and contractors have the information they need and completed works have the correct documentation behind them.
You’ll become a key point of contact between the Facilities team, engineers, subcontractors and our client, helping us provide a responsive and well‑organised service.
You’ll be joining a collaborative Facilities Management team where you’ll have the opportunity to learn more about building maintenance, compliance and operational FM.
