Description of role: TWI is seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Operations Group Manager to lead the planning and delivery of multiple initiatives across the Professional Affairs Group. Reporting to the Professional Membership Director, you will lead the modernisation and optimisation of operational structures, systems and governance. You will help translate the long term strategic objectives of the Executive and Professional Membership Boards into effective operational delivery, an excellent member experience and sustainable growth. This is a broad and influential leadership role offering the opportunity to shape services, develop teams, improve governance and drive digital transformation across the Professional Affairs Group.
