Qualifications

• First-class or Upper Second-Class Honours degree in Business Management, Operations Management, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Previous internship, placement, or work experience in operations, business support, consulting, or hospitality is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational activities between Head Office and property teams.
• Assist in maintaining central operational procedures, policies, and process documentation.
• Monitor operational actions and follow up with stakeholders as required.
• Support rollout of new operational initiatives, tools, and ways of working across the portfolio.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reports for senior management.
• Consolidate data from multiple properties and systems to support reviews and decisions.
• Monitor key metrics, identify trends, and flag risks or performance issues.
