Responsibilities

• Support inquiries from Client Services, Head of Operations, Legal, Technical Dept and Local Office.
• Assist and participate in operations investigations, client queries and routine operational advice.
• Contribute to longer term projects within operations pathway.
• Assist UK and overseas offices in sample preparation facilities, warehouses, ports and shipping yards.
