Job summary

SolveAI is hiring an early-career Operations generalist to keep the business running and support fast growth. You’ll work across IT, finance, compliance, hiring and go-to-market, gaining hands-on experience in a small, high-performing team.

You’ll be in a fast-paced environment where initiative matters, ambiguity is common, and ownership of outcomes is encouraged as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate or 0–2 years of experience from an internship, placement, startup or first job.
• Able to handle a variety of tasks with minimal structure and supervision.
• High energy and reliable, able to manage a high volume of work and deliver quality results.
• Organised and able to communicate clearly with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Keep the business running day to day: manage tools, accounts, office and team logistics so others can focus on customers.
• Assist go-to-market activities: research target accounts, maintain CRM, help host dinners, roundtables and events for enterprise buyers.
• Set up new joiners: laptops, accounts and tool access, maintain records of access.
• Move finance and compliance admin: process invoices/expenses, keep records, prepare for audits and security reviews.
• Support hiring: coordinate interviews, assist with visa sponsorship paperwork and onboarding day one.
• Keep contracts on track: file agreements, chase signatures, monitor renewals and key dates.
• Take on whatever comes next; adapt to shifting priorities and build simple processes for speed.
