Job summary

Evelyn Partners in Liverpool is seeking an Operations Executive to join the Fees team on a 12-month FTC. The role focuses on account opening and maintenance, fee administration, data handling, and reconciliations, with responsibilities across platforms and stakeholder liaison.

This hybrid role requires strong numerical ability, Excel proficiency, and excellent communication. You will ensure accuracy, support other teams, and help drive fee projects while delivering high service standards.

Qualifications

• Background in Mathematics, Economics, Finance or similar.
• Proficiency with Word and Excel at least intermediate level.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain accuracy and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Maintain fee data across systems including loading fee rates and processing debits, refunds and reversals.
• Provide fee guidance to branches and respond to fee inquiries.
• Support other teams within the stream and participate in training.
• Ensure high service levels with accuracy and timeliness.
