Qualifications

• Experience leading technical support or engineering teams in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of measurement instrumentation and analytical technologies.
• Experience resolving technical issues, testing, commissioning, or manufacturing operations.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Clear communication with customers, colleagues and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Operations Engineers, developing capability in hardware, measurement, and production support.
• Allocate resources based on priorities and team capacity.
• Act as primary contact for customer escalations, ensuring timely response and resolution.
• Collaborate with Technical Sales, Quality, Operations, Engineering, and global leaders.
• Advocate for customer needs while balancing operational goals.
• Lead production build support, system configuration, testing, and FAT.
• Support resolution of complex technical and performance challenges during projects.
• Provide post-sales technical support to customers and field engineers.
• Drive continuous improvement through root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Foster an inclusive, collaborative team environment and promote learning.
• Support compliance with applicable trade requirements.
