Qualifications

• Experience leading technical support or production support teams in manufacturing or industrial settings.
• Knowledge of measurement instrumentation and analytical technologies.
• Experience supporting technical issue resolution and commissioning.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with ability to manage priorities and risks.
• Clear communication with customers, colleagues, and leadership.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Eligibility to work in accordance with trade compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Operations Engineers across hardware, measurement, and production support disciplines.
• Allocate resources based on priorities, workload, and team capabilities.
• Act as primary contact for customer escalations and ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with Technical Sales, Quality, Operations, Engineering, and Global leadership to meet objectives.
• Lead technical support activities related to production builds, system configuration, FAT, and testing.
• Drive continuous improvement through root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Provide post-sales technical support to customers and field service engineers.
