Job summary

Roke in Romsey, Hampshire, invites an experienced Business Operations Manager – Enablement/Platforms to join our Global Services team. You will coordinate corporate and partner services, drive operational readiness, and improve data quality across platforms to support delivery success.

You will work across multiple sites including Romsey, Woking and Gloucester, ensuring governance cycles, risk management and seamless interfaces. DV clearance eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in business operations, governance, or operational enablement functions.
• Strong stakeholder management across multiple corporate and delivery functions.
• Experience coordinating operational interfaces and dependencies.
• Understanding of governance, compliance and risk processes.
• Experience working with operational tools, systems and data management.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary operational interface with Corporate and other Partner Services.
• Own and coordinate activities required for operational readiness including onboarding, mobilisation, access to systems, and workforce enablement services.
• Define and maintain effective operational interfaces across Delivery, Engineering, Accounts and Partner Services.
• Enable delivery of governance cycles (monthly reporting, IBP, QBRs) by coordinating inputs, dependencies and partner engagement.
• Drive adoption and effective use of operational tools and platforms; own improvements in data quality, consistency and integrity across reporting and operational processes.
• Maintain breadth of knowledge across the BOM remit to deputise for the BOM – Optimisation and Improvement role as required.
