Job summary

Schroders Group is recruiting a Platform Business Management Lead Analyst 1 based in London to centralise governance, coordinate data ownership and drive controls across the Global Operating Platform.

You will collaborate with People & Culture, Compliance, Audit, Finance and Risk, and support budget forecasting, supplier governance and curriculum development through the Academy program. Strong stakeholder engagement and process improvement are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to independently execute processes and drive governance improvements.
• Strong risk assessment and issue-resolution capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across global teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate governance processes across the Global Operating Platform.
• Build connections with People & Culture, Finance, Compliance and Risk.
• Serve as primary contact between hub, London, and Singapore teams.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and PO processes across hubs.
• Contribute to training and curriculum development within the Academy program.
